PLACES TO STAY:

The Spotted Grouper is a wonderful, though small, beach house nestled among moss-covered twisted oaks on the Gulf coast of Florida. This 950 sq. ft. Old-Florida beach bungalow has two bedrooms and one bath and is located just 45 miles south of Tallahassee near Apalachicola in the small town of Panacea.

The Spotted Grouper sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 twin beds. Sheets and towels are available for guest use. We currently do not allow pets, and smoking is only permitted outside.

Panacea is 330 miles from Atlanta and it usually takes our family between 6 and 6 ½ hours to drive. The Grouper is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, phone, microwave, a washer, and dryer.
